On the day of your hire, head to our designated location, hook up your trailer, and you’re on your way—no queues, no paperwork, and no hassle.

Our trailers are conveniently stationed at our Kedron location for quick and easy access. Full location details and instructions will be provided upon booking. 

Our contactless model eliminates the need for staff and high overhead costs, allowing us to offer you exceptional rates. By keeping things simple, we make hiring a trailer budget-friendly without compromising on quality.

Yes, all our trailers are insured for damages to the trailer itself. However, you’ll need to rely on your own vehicle’s insurance for any third-party damages. 

Our service is flexible to suit your schedule. Trailers are available for pick-up and drop off between 5am and 8pm 7 days a week.

Yes, but as the primary hirer, you’ll still be responsible for the trailer during the hire period. Be sure to share the pick-up details with them for a smooth process. 

Yes! Whether it’s a local job or a cross-state adventure, our trailers are ready for the journey. Just ensure it’s returned to the original location at the end of your hire. 

We currently don’t offer delivery or pick-up. Our self-serve system is designed for easy access and quick turnaround. 

If the trailer isn’t booked by another customer, you can easily extend your hire. Simply log into our system to book additional days or contact us for assistance. 

Yes, all our trailers come with built-in tie-down points for safe and secure transport. Bring your own straps or use your preferred method to secure your items. 

We don’t offer refunds for cancellations, but we’re happy to provide credit for future hires. Exceptions may apply for unavoidable circumstances like severe weather or unforeseen restrictions.
